Checked my scales today, I'm down to 134.2lbs! So loss since last Weds is -2.2lbs! Bearing in mind that I do have my TOTM as well so the loss could be even more significant. Definitely going to stick to weekly weigh-ins though. I really hope I do see more losses to come!

Today's an UD and I started off with spag bol, lol. I deserve a nice meal! No worries, I'll be off to the gym this evening anyway. Hope you all have a wonderful day! :D

I know I haven't been very active on here with my diary but just to let you know (those of you who read this haha) I'm still following JUDDD religiously and it's going well so far, I've stuck to my recommended calories everyday :) I'm trying not to weigh myself very often though. Overall just been very busy! X

I've only lost 1lbs since last week, but I'm staying patient! Thanks ladies, hope everything's going well for you! X
 
Hello all, I just realised that my diet plan based on Krista Varady's Alternate Day Fast which I saw on Horizon with Michael Mosley a couple of weeks ago, is almost the same as JUDDD so I should be on a JUDDD forum. So here I am.

Today is a Down day and I'll have 400-500 cals. I find I am making better choices on my Up days probably because I am feeling great about this new eating plan. The fact that I can have anything I want on an UP day actually stops me wanting to binge or pig out. I'm doing ADF 60% for the long term health benefits and 40% for the weight loss. I can't believe how much energy I have on ADF. I felt terrible when I did Exante for 5 months last year. Experienced gnawing hunger almost the whole time. I lost 3 stone, but put nearly all of it back on really quickly.

At the moment I'm super motivated with JUDDD/ADF, but hopefully with the help of Minimins I'll be able to do this for the long haul. I need it to be a plan I can follow all my life to get the health benefits. I found the Exante and wii Fit forums last year really supportive. My ultimate target is to reach a healthy BMI, but I have lot of small targets on the way. Little steps, but I do like to tick them off. I was reall motivated by gold stars handed out by the teacher when I was a kid! LOL

Haha, I'm pretty sure you posted in the wrong thread. Good luck with your JUDDD journey, I'm absolutely loving it right now! It's much more do-able for me than any diet or eating plan I've ever tried. I stepped on the scales today and I weighed 133.4 lbs, eee!
 
Weighed in today, down to 132.4lbs :D ...So far this plan is going really well, I'm happy and comfortable with the progress I'm making. I'd rather it come off steadily and in manageable amounts than all at once and I go back to my bad eating habits and gain it all back!

Aw, thanks guys! I should really try updating this a bit more, haah. Yesterday was a DD so I weighed in today, I'm at 130.8lbs! Was a shock to see that to be honest! I well and truly can't wait to get out of the 130's and into the 120's, step by step. This program is really amazing, it's so effortless yet at the same time I produce quite decent results :D Hope you're all doing well! x
