So another hoot for today.....Had zero nibbles and been a good girl. Exercise count for today:
60 mins brisk walking
30 mins RC aerobics

Woo hoo! Feels good to say that 2 days in a row. Was carrying a heavy rucksack during my walking and actually felt the strain in my legs. Made me think that must have been how I felt every day when I was bigger! Ouch. Sooooooo glad I'm tackling my weight problem for one final time hopefuly.

Hope today is a good day for others too xx

That don't sound so good.....what about a bouillon? Have heard that tastes like chicken noodle soup minus the chicken and noodles hehehe!!!

Thanks ladies.

So day 3 into my exercising mission. Done my 60 mins of brisk walking. Even ran up lots of stairs today due to a spring in my step! Now slobbed on couch and was gonna just veg and dream of food but alas I have come on here to motivate myself and the trackies will be going back on and I will be giving Rosemary Conley what for with one of her DVD's yet again. Must get into it....I must!

Actually feel lighter and smaller today of that makes sense. Must be psychological. Worn a shirt today that I bought last year cos loved it and it was in the sale and was gutted that it was so tight on me- arms, boobs, hips- everywhere. I only took to wearing it under jumpers so no one would see. Well today I have worn it and it looks like a tent. I had forgotten I had placed safety pins all doen the button seam as they were prised open before whereas now they just look too big!!! Fab news in one way but gutted as loved the colour and style!!! Charity shop will be doing so well out of me when i drop everything off......

So off I trotski to bash out some moves before hubbie gets back. Wish me luck......................

Awww yay it is too big :) that's great :) so pleased
Oh well bet you will look loads better now even if in a not so nice top ;)

Tis only early days Clair.....fear not! Got the major dizzy spells tonight so quit after 22 mins but at least I had a go. Just feel very tired tonight. Think an early night may be on the cards with my kitties.

Huge congrats to JenJen on reaching her century today- what a mighty achievement. She has done so well so whoop whoop to her xx

Made me think about my goals and I still haven't set any! Will have to have a think and see. Also need to do measurements as still haven't done them! Watched the fat bodies thing today taped from Mon and am also tempted to do all their stat checker online things...not sure whether this will just depress me tho!

oh well....onwards and downwards as Valentine would say xx

Yeah I thought that about the online thing but was worried it would be realllllly mean :S
What no goals at all? No size in mind or anything?
 
Yeah Carly I'm just so unsure. I had the aim of 10 stone 10lbs in my head which would mean losing 10 stone which just sounds epic. We fly on hols on 26th Nov so need to be re-feeding a couple of weeks before I guess. I'm losing no more than 1 stone per month so with 5 months to go....it's pretty tight and that is making me pretty anxious to say the least.

Last time I did a VLCD the lowest I got to was 10.10 and then I was pretty ill so not sure how I'll fair this time. That made me a size 12 too.....who knows hey. Think it would be nice to have some interim goals tho.....any suggestions?

The thought of being sooooooo good for another 5 months is a big stress tho!!! And excess skin......

oh no- now I'm stressed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh hun :S does sound stressful I know I am stressed worrying I won't hit my goal maybe going a stone at a time is most sensible :)

Thanks Carly. Can't remember being happy at 10.10 to be honest as I felt so ill after losing 8 stone and have NO food at all throughout that time. Hopefully this time will be different thankns to AAM's and WS days as and when. Fingers crossed.....

So hoping for a 5lb loss this week so I can reach the 5 stone marker. Think that's what's motivating me this week on the exercise drive and getting 4-5 litres down my neck every day too. Who knows how long it will last but I'll ride that wave as long as I can and please kick my butt if I don't!

Now off to do RC dvd so can ejoy the rest of my day xx
