Don't know if I have this right but is it saying you have 500 cals left approx on each day? If so hun I think thats your answer, I look at this way of eating as a bit of an experiment, if I have an unexpected STS I alter things a bit but what I always seem to find is that the more I eat , as long as I stick to my DD s , the more I lose, I would suggest you UP your UP days by 200 cals , doesn't have to be rubbish if you would rather have healthy things but you may find that makes the difference, stay off the scales for a week and see what happens, if you have another STS then review but you should lose. Juddd seems to like the odd mad UP day. I know you are struggling to see food as your friend but It is honestly. The other interesting thing is that a lot of us are doing just 3 DDs and are still losing, I also don't believe in the cal defecit thing because going by that I shouldn't lose anything most weeks? I honestly think its more the feast/ famine effect, which you will get if you up your UP days a little. I hope this helps a bit hun x
