I had an awful week and almost didn't go to class as I knew it was a gain. I went and put 2.5lbs on :( Although at least I did stop, went back to class and spoke to my leader about it. Still don't know what set me off. Really need to get my head back into it now and lose this weight.

Tomorrow is another day x you have done the hard part that is going back to the meeting - someone once said to me when I had a gain "weight loss for good is a marathon not a sprint, sometimes you feel like you can't go on and everything is uphill but new motivation and encouragement is just round the corner"

Tomorrow is a new day - start afresh with a clear head and conscience

You and me too hun.

I had an awful week then last week put on nearly 4lbs, then this week only lost 0.75!

We can do this!
