Getting a grip

Well done for today TH.
 
Yep, good day had. No gym tho.For variety of reasons, I didn't go. I facetimed OH for couple hours instead, then MIL popped over, then helped daughter revise a bit she was stuck on, then I couldn't be bothered! Watched a film instead :) daughter had a McDonald's and I wasn't bothered. Had a bouillon and enjoyed it :)

Been TS with no probs. drank loads too :)

Now heading to bed! Hope uv bad a good one... X

Day 13

1/2lb off today! Pleased with that :) today I'm going on a lovely walk with the lovely Katie ketosis. Looking forward to it! Then I'm going to dig my hula hoop out of the garage and I'm going to hoop whilst watching Corrie!

Daughter's boyf stayed over last night. His parent went to eat at the restaurant where my daughter works and they invited me. They drive half an hour to get there. I had to make excuses and say no. Feel bad! It was then that I realised that I have been 'seriously dieting' for 2 years (when the first started going out together) and that I've put on 3 stones during this time. Shocking isn't just?!

So it's time to go down on thus diet and not up. Time to plummet!!!

The other thing I did was check my countdowns. Got some food events coming up but hopefully I will have learned how to deal with them!

Here's my social diary for may/June! Got 26 days now till first event. That's a lot of a TSing and weight loss :) x

Good idea putting everything into a countdown like that - puts times and dates into perspective. You've got a fair bit of time before the first event so you'll lose another fair bit by then xx

I'm thinking that I could try not to eat or drink at treat day and I might not eat or drink at the 50th too. Try to get a good run of TS between the balls!

The last ball is the one where I'd like to look good. The first ball is with my brother n he doesn't care what I look like. The second is with my old colleagues. They saw me at wedding in April. Would love to have shrunk before I see them again! X
 
Have a lovely walk. Your comment about your hula has made me dig out my mini trampoline. Still looking at it mind. Have to go and put a sports bra on before I start bouncing around on it.
