Getting a grip

Well done on your loss and hope TOTM isn't too bad for you!
 
The small losses are so hard to deal with, especially when you've been 100%. Hopefully TOTM is responsible and you'll have a larger loss next week.
 
The big loss will soon be yours, you're so good at this diet and the pounds will soon be slipping away from you xx

Can't believe I'm chuffed I've got TOTM! Hope I don't weigh heavier tomorrow. Knowing me, I probably will :-/

Had a great day today. No problems n no thoughts of food. It's like second nature now.

Here's my wee routine now:

7.15am 1/3 bar (rasp) with black coffee on way to work

12.30 1/2 soup (veg)

6.30 crisps made with 1/2 soup, meal (spag bols tonight) 2/3 bar

I have lots of waters in there too.

So that's my wee routine. I have the wee bit of bar just to get my system going. Don't know if it will make any difference :-/

Going to see my friend on Friday night to see her wedding photos. She offered to make me tea which I declined and she's offered to pick me up so I can drink. Declined that too! God I'm such a party pooper! Hopefully a slim party pooper :)

Time for my wee bed now. Sleep well :) x

Day 23 :)

1lb off today. Happy with that. Thought id gain with TOTM. Beginning to view TOTM in a whole new different light!

Paperwork day today so I'll be running further up the corridor to the loo. Then I have a course after school. Home about 6.30 then have to make dinner for sister as she's round tonight.

That'll keep me busy :) have a great day, weather is going to be gorgeous! X
 
Ha ha know what you mean about being the party pooper!! I struggle with deciding whether to miss out socially or not but if I'm honest with myself when successfully lost 2 stone in 12 weeks VLCD ing I was totally anti social and didn't go out!! It's worth the sacrifice I guess and should be more reason to keep the weight off but I guess I forgot about that a few years later!!

Confession time. I licked the underside if a teaspoon that had curry sauce on!

No more. Promise. My exante meal tastes better than the dinner I've made for my sister. It really does!

Good day. Zero food thoughts. Stuffed after a full soup at lunchtime. Someone said it looked nice. She thought it was porridge!

Wore a dress that I haven't had on since January. It's a bit snug but I know this dress will be big on me very soon. It's a weird dress! Half a stone difference makes it look very different.

It loads work done today and course was good.

Here's what cheered me up today:

At the course venue, a group of Irish travellers have moved into their car park. Police in attendance etc. travellers are sat out in the sunshine on their patio sets with the kids running around n the wifeys are hanging the washing over the signs and handrails. Chaos! Staff at venue are assured us our cars would be safe and that our personal safety will not be compromised as we could have someone escort us to our cars. Errrr... Over reaction? They're just people looking to enjoy sunshine... X

Day 24. 1 and 3/4lb off today :) happy with that!

Today's plan:

Work, then have to nip out for a meeting in a nursery about a new child I'm getting in September, at 10am.

Doing cross country with Y5 and 6 at lunchtime to prepare them for a race on Tuesday.

Then after work, it's skating with Katie :)

thinking I will have:

half a bar for breakfast
full soup for lunch
half bar after work
meal after skating

Trying to distribute packs more evenly incase I'm going into starvation mode and slowing my metabolism further!
