I'm back up to 10,12 frustratingly as I've been bl00dy good plus exercised like a demon!! It had better come off before Monday ;-) x

I'm up to 69.4kg again this week too but can't blame anyone because I've had lots of proper meals complete with dessert this week and totm has arrived!
