Hi all, I’m so rubbish at remembering to update my diary.
Last week I maintained, I was disappointed as I’d been on plan all week but sometimes these things happen. This week lost 2.5lbs. Only 1.5lbs from the 11s I’m hoping to get it next week but out for 2 birthday meals so might not get there. It’s my daughters 13th birthday, can’t believe 2 of my children will be teenagers the years fly by so so fast. Week after is my birthday and then Kaelans so lots of cake and meals out. I’m going to stay on plan the rest of the week and limit syns to make up for cake etc. Be great to get a loss but sts will be fine too. I really don’t want to gain now that I’m so close to the 11s.
I’m only 8.5lbs away from my sw goal now I never imagined last year when I weighed 17st 7lbs that I’d now be sitting here feeling pretty good about my body and just a few lbs from goal. I feel really proud of myself
