Hi
My aim is to get to my 11 stone target.
I weigh in on Monday evenings and I was down another 2lbs last night - I am aiming for another 2lb loss this week to reach my 3 stone target.

Food today:

B: Apple (S), Alpen Light (Jaffa Cake)(HEB) & Coffee

L: Homemade Veg soup - leeks (S), Carrots(S), Potatoes & Celery(S)

D: Pork Chop, Potatoes, Cabbage (S), Turnip (S), Onions (S) & Cauliflower (S)

Snacks: Fibre one 4 Triple Choc Cake (4 syns), Alpen Light (HEB), Rocky Biscuit (5 Syns)

Water: 2.5 LTRS

Monday

Tonight is my weigh-in and I'm not feeling very confident being honest. I was aiming for 2lbs to reach my 3 stone but I have a gut feeling I wont be seeing that on the scales this week. Some weeks you just can tell within yourself. We went out for dinner on Friday and I tried to limit my syns on Sat & Sun to help me recover but will it be enough is the big question. I am away for a girlie spa break next weekend so I will be off plan, I will probably hold off on weighing in until Wed/Thurs next week as a result.

Weighed in tonight & I was down 1lb. That leaves another pound to go to reach 3 stone.
I had that feeling within myself that I wasn’t going to reach my target this week.

This week is going to be difficult as I have a girlie weekend coming up which will involve lots of Prosecco, lunches & dinners. I’m not going to feel guilty for being off plan and I’ll be extra good during the week to try makeup for my weekend.
 
Tuesday

Feeling motivated today (long may it last :)).
I do struggle with my water intake and I am going to work hard this week to make sure I get a min of 2 LTRs in per day.
I'm currently drinking the Tesco Strawberry flavored - no added sugar so its syn free.

Todays food:
B: Melon (S) & Grapes

L: Chicken Salad - Lettuce (S), Red Onion (S), Peppers (S), Cucumber (S), Celery (S), Baby boiled potatoes, Pasta, Chicken

D: Boxty Pizzas - Boxty (1.5 Syn), Tomato Puree, Cheese (HEA), Peppers, Onions (S) & Mushrooms (S) & SW Chips

Snacks: Apple (S)

I'm having one of those "hungry" days and fantasizing about all things chocolaty :eating:
So far today, I've managed 1 ltrs of water so I'm on track for my 2 ltrs per day goal however the struggle IS REAL....

My food so far today:

I picked up the Hula Hoops in Iceland @ the weekend - they were fab

I think I'm the only person who is not preparing for Covid 19 - I'm getting lots of snaps today from friends out panic buying & stocking up. I might pop to the shops after work today and do a little stock up. Is everyone else stocking up?
I am away this weekend to the spa with the girls (fingers crossed), I've been busy saving my syns all week so I can enjoy a glass or several of prosecco :)

I'm defiantly going shopping this evening and stocking up, I was in the office late last night so I didn't get to the shops.
I am away tonight with the girls - dinner will be a Chinese tonight ( I am soooo looking forward to it as I haven't had a take away in so long)

Monday

After a weekend of off plan, I'm back on track today.
Our weekend didn't go according to plan with Covid 19, however we made the most of it & it was a fab weekend.

Tonight is my weigh in however group has been cancelled, after the weekend I am not too disappointed this week, however I will miss group and the accountability if the cancellation lasts a number of weeks. Its going to be difficult to stay motivated, especially if I am going to be off work but I've come this far, I am going to try my best to keep moving forward.

Hi I'm really hoping the virus doesn't affect my group! It might sound sad but its one of my fav things about the week, due to my mental health I don't get out a lot and club really helps! I'm really missing group Dee - it keeps me motivated and the fact that I know I have a weekly weigh-in helps me stay on track. Yesterday wasn't a great day for me eating wise - I ate so much chocolate last night. We can all keep checking in on here to help keep us motivated in the absence of group.

St Patrick's Day started off really well but I fell off the wagon & consumed so many sweeties & chocolate last night. I spent the day in the kitchen baking Guinness bread, Banana Bread & fruit scones.
Went to bed feeling so guilty last night but I'm drawing a line under it all today and moving on.

Yesterdays food:

B: Home made sausage rolls - Pork mince, finely chopped onions, sage, fresh chopped parsley, beaten egg and mix & shape into sausage shapes. Cook in oven for 15mins. Brush a HEB wrap with a beaten egg, add 4 of your sausages and wrap up tightly, brush the outside of the wrap with the beaten egg & pop in over for a further 15 mins

L: Fruit Salad

D: Bacon, Cabbage (S), Turnip (S), Cauliflower (S) & Potatoes

Snacks: Slice of Guinness Bread (Syns ?), Slice of Banana Bread (Syns ?), Mini Eggs (Syns ?)

Water: 1.5 Ltrs

Total Syns: Approx 40???
 
Wednesday:

I am back on track today - I'm going to spend some time at lunch looking up new recipes to keep the plan fresh & exciting and tonight I will sit down and do up a meal plan. I need to feel like I know what I'm doing and be prepped or I fail miserably.
