I'm going to weigh in at home this evening - I haven't had a very good week & I feel weighing will help me draw a line under it all & move on.
I have been back on plan since yesterday however I find myself constantly reminding myself how off plan I have been and its purely because I am missing group.
B: Orange (S), Alpen Light (HEB) & Coffee
L: Homemade Veg soup: Leek (S), Carrots (S), Cauliflower (S), Barley & Potato
D: Hake, Potatoes, Cabbage (S), Turnip (S), Broccoli (S) & Cauliflower (S)
Snacks: Hi Fi Bar (HEB), Multipack Mars Bar (9 Syns), Jacobs Elite Biscuit (4.5 syns)
Water: 1.5 LTRS
I weighed in this evening & Im delighted to say I’m down 1LB
