Just back from an hour's work out at the gym.. I wanted to do more, but I had to get back to work! With the time I had, I did:
3 miles on the bike
2.5 miles on the treadmill (Uphill, may I add... Level 6
)
1241 metres on the rowing machine...
I'd never used a rowing machine before, HOLY MOLY, you get a really good workout!!
I'm booked in to get a personal exercise plan tomorrow, so hopefully all will go well....
Feeling really pleased, I know it's only early days yet but it's worth a try
