Ear improving - thank goodness.

back at work today - feel really tired.

had red: 2 bread and cucumber and laughing cow cheese - and milk in teas

used 2 heb's and 1 hea.

Banana and mullerlight F

just got in from food shopping = starving = had bought some meringue nests - thought they were 1.5 syns each - HAD 4 !!!! YES 4 - all in about 3 minutes flat. Sugar surge - whoooppeee doo.

They are 3syns each = 12 syns - BUT WORTH IT.

3 syns for dressing tonight = 15 syn day

Bacon salad with dressing for dinner.

1 x alpen bars - mashed under quark with 1 white choc options = 2 syns & 3.5 syns.

loads of grapes ! Must try and cut down on grapes.

Bacon salad and beetroot and dressing - 3 syns.

Feel REAL fat!

showing 11.11 today - which would mean about 11.12 (STS) on an evening weigh - in.

IF I am excellent today, tomorrow & monday I could be 11.10 by Tuesday evening. REALLY TRYING to get my 1.5 stones award.

Today:

apple.
banana.
Mullerlight.
3 egg omelette.
Sweet chilli sauce less than tbsp = 1.5 syns.
banana on toast = heb & F
raspberries and fat free natural yog & sweetener = F

Bacon Salad with dressing = 3 syns.
SW cheesecake - 1 alpen light - quark & white choc options = 2 syns. & half heb

Half a packet of snack a jacks = 2.5 syns

9 syns for the day .

A NO SYN day tomorrow if I can - make a soup.

Showing 11.10 - I am hoping by Tuesday evening that it'll be 11.10 - 2lb's loss and my 1.5 stones award - fingers crossed.

DS moving back in - it's going to be a hectic - and maybe stressful time - I must stay focused..................hope it's all OK.

Had breakfast - that's unusual !

Want to try and post my diary every day, keep syns to 5 per day and eat mainly free foods - have a 3lb' loss next week would be VERY nice.

ONLY 1.5lb's off tonight - but it's OFF - not on.

STILL NO 1.5 STONE AWARD...............HALF A BLOOMIN POUND OFF - BLOOMIN HECK EH

Had a terrible day - HI FI bars - about 4 of them & two alpen lights !!! Plus other stupid extra's.

OK line drawn under - now back to business - morning starts a serious SW week - I HOPE !

Today I wore my size 16 rigid skinny jeans to work ! Whooopeeedoooo.

cheese triangle and milk for hea.

Bread toasted = 3.5 syns

Chilli con carne:

mince beef - extra lean -
onions & garlic
carrots
cauliflower
broccoli
tin tomatoes
tin beans = 3 syns
lean bacon
rice = 3.5 syns.
all veg liquidised into tomatoes to give more flavour

total syns: 11.5 syns for the day

showing 11.8/9 on scales - which means at least 1lb down and that would guarantee my 1.5 stones.

IF I'm good over the weekend then I could be down to 11.8 on Tuesday which would mean a 2.5lb's loss - that would be fantastic.

That's my goal for this week.

2 mikado's - to taste = 1 syn THEY ARE VERY YUMMY AND I'VE HAD TO SELLOTAPE THE BOX CLOSED AND ASKED DD TO HIDE THEM UNTIL TUESDAYS WEIGH IN. Aren't I good then.
Will have sild on Toast for lunch = 2 x heb as it was the crust.
SW cheesecake =half of 2 x alpen bars, quark & 2 x caramel options = half of 10.5 syns = 5.5 syns prefer the white choc options than these caramel ones but Morrisons had an offer on of 7 options sachets for £1.50 so I thought I'd try something different.

total 9.5 syns for the day. High syn day, try not to have anything more now tonight.

annoying day !

Had a biscuit at work which must have been about 5 syns - as it was a thick shortbread type one from a girl from her holiday - it tasted wonderful :cry:

Got home and ate about 12 mikado's one after the other - thankfully the box was then empty = 6 syns.

so 11 syns before anything else.

2 bread with cheese and cucumber
2 heb's

1 hea with milk in teas etc.
