Well... so disappointed, thought I could do this. I felt very ill on this diet, I was drinking enough aswell but I work 12hr shifts constantly on my feet and I think it was just too much.. had no energy, I had 2days off work and felt fine on these but constantly dizzy, headache and migrainy whilst working. Gutted. Good luck the to the rest of you ladies xxx
 
No dont give up! Its just a blip! I do 12 hour shifts too and out does make it harder. Especially when you don't have normal eating patterns! The way I make these days easier is to takes my protien sloane and veg with me an pic at out throughout the day. I also save my milk for bedtime and have out hot.that way it feels like I'm having another shake! Come on think of the rewards! Its just a bad day it will get better! Promise xx
 
I know how you feel I've been really struggling the last week but have been very busy at work, so I'm going to have a break until thursday as I'm off work then for 2 weeks, and then I'll give it 100%, if I can do it for 2 weeks solid, I know ketosis will be firmly established and then it should be a lot easier.
