Sorry haven't been on here much, I haven't had the laptop on and hate typing on my phone!! I've been tracking all my food on the app though. Except yesterday. But am just counting it as all my weeklies (I had fruit, then scrambled egg on toast, a toasted soda with jam, some pringles, 2 peanut hifis and then out for food! There I had some bread and butter, mushroom risotto with garlic ciabatta bread and baked alaska for dessert- plus some drinks!)
Looking back that's probably way over!! But anyway, fully back on it today!
