Going to write everything down so that I can look back and see where I go right or wrong!!!!

Day 1: B: Muller light vanilla with oatbran
L: Egg, tuna and tablespoon of Total
Snack: Chicken breast strips and total with dried mint
D: Chicken breast, curry powder, egg
Exercise: none :(

Day 2: B: yog and oatbran
L: Chicken breast, curry powder and egg
Snack: tuna in brine
D: Chicken breast, prawns, egg cooked in chinese 5 spice powder (mmmm!)
Snack:sugar free jelly and packet of chicken tikka pieces
Exercise: 1 hour of high intensity aerobics

So far so good! Here's to day 3.....
 
Hi glammam your name made me giggle, my friend doesn't want to be called granny so her name is glammy which is more suited to her, lipotrim you have wrote as your diet but it looks Dukan? Good luck with your weight loss x
 
Yes it is Dukan! I need to change my info. I did lipotrim originally but....put a lot back on so now on the dukan. I'm quite enjoying it :) x
 
Here's day 3 and 4:

day 3:
B: muller light oat bran
L:; Chicken in 5 spices and prawns n egg. (last nights leftovers) This was gorgeous by the way! Sugar free jelly
D: Mince cooked in garlic and taco spice with a dollop of total
Snacks: 2 ww bacon rashers and cottage cheese

Day 4:
B: Muller light and oat bran
L: Mince leftovers and sugar free jelly for afters
D: Omlette made with 2 eggs, cottage cheese and ww bacon rasher. Sugar free jelly
Snacks: 2 ham and cottage cheese roll ups
Tikka turkey breast chunks

weight loss so far 2.5kg
 
day 5: last day of attack
B: muller light and oat bran
L: Ham and 2 egg ommlette with cottage cheese n chives (mmmm :)
D: Chicken breasts (2) cooked in curry powder wit onion in the wok with a big dollop of total with dried mint. Mmm
Snacks: Sugar free jelly with a tablespoon of fat free oken vanilla yog
2 slices of ham

Really enjoying my food, start weight this week 79.8 kg, yikes!
Weight this morning 76.8 kg so a total of 3 kg gone yay!
Cant wait for my salad and veg tomorrow. Need to sort out the excersise now tho....
 
Well done glammam loving your menu, I need to up my intake big time x fantastic weight loss, enjoy you veg tomorrow keep it up yeah!!!

Ok day 6, my first PV day!

B: Muller light and oat bran for a change! Loving this brekkie tho!
L: chicken leg quarter and salad (mmmm!)
snacks:chicken
D: Chicken stir fry cooked in chinese 5 spicec powder, mmmm with onions, peppers and carrot
snacks: sugar free jelly with tablespoon of vanilla fat free yog (tastes like ice cream)

Weighed this morn and the grand total of weight lost on attack is.....7 pounds! Brilliant. Also this diet has been great. I was a bit moody the beginning of the week but I've got tons of energy now! Bit hyper to be honest! Lets focus on the excersise this week :)

D: Chicken, onion and curry powder
S: scrambled egg and slice of ham
s: sugar free jelly and vanilla yog

Gonna try and do half an hour excersise later....half 8 after Easties! Got to do it.....got to do it....no pain no gain! Argh!
 
Looking good! While you're losing weight well, change nothing, but if it slows/stops, replace the Mullers and "vanilla yoghurts" (which are "tolerated" foods now) with Total 0% and flavour yourself.

Good advice thanks. Really enjoying the diet but cant fit in the exercise at the mo, grrr. Too much on, by the time I finished everything last night it was way to late. Anyway, enough of my excuses, here's my pv day today

Day 8:

B: muller and oat bran
l: Tinned salmon and salad
Snack: 6 crab sticks
D: Chicken stir fry with brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, onion, peppers and chinese 5 spice. mmmm mmmm
Desert: Sugar free jelly with a tablespoon of vanilla onken
 
Day 9:
Mega busy day today, havent eaten as much as usual because Ive been so busy. No exersise again but been in work all day and out all night. Mega workout tomorrow.
B: Muller light and oat bran
L: 2 pieces of peppered mackerel. Lovely but heartburn after
Desert: Sugar free jelly
Snack: 6 crab sticks
Dinner: chicken breast and scrambled eggs

Only going to weigh once a week now and totm :(
 
Day 10:

Well after having tonsilitus and then a stomach bug, I cant believe it, full of cold with a ear infection. So fed up :( Hate that Im ill all the time (it feels like) and really craving oranges. Think its the vit c I want. Havent done any exersise cos just every day chores are too much at the mo :( GRRRR!!!
Anyway, all good on the food front at least
B: Muller light and oat bran
L: Chicken salad
D: Mackerel and trout stir fry with broc, cauliflower, onions, muschrooms, white cabbage and carrot. MMMMM Stunning. Way too much but ate it all up to cheer myself up!

Hope this cold goes soon :(

Day 11
well still feeling a bit poo! Had earache all day and still got a cold...but I am thinking about doing 30 mins on the running machine later? Dont know where this urge has come from and dont actually know if I will do it yes but at least I am thinking about exercise at least! ha ha

Anyway, food for today gone well. Not hungry at all but then again cant really taste very much either

L: Tuna and 6 crab sticks
D: Chicken chopsuey! Well this is my new name for chicken breast, onions and 2 eggs done in the wok. Its lovely!

I'll keep you all posted if I went for that run! Dont hold your breath! ha ha

Days 12 and 13. Forgot to do this yesterday!

Day 12: B: muller light and oat bran
L: chicken salad
D: Chicken stir fry

Day 13: Rubbish with food today but been so busy I havent had time to eat! Or thought about it to be honest. Anyway here it is
B: Muller light and oat bran
L: Ham, cottage cheese and 2 egg omlette. Sugar free jelly for dessert
Snack: another yoghurt just to have something else

I know not much is it. Made a lovely salad for lunch tomorrow tho and homemade caulslaw with white cabbage, carrot mixed with total and mint. Looks yum! Going to weigh tomorrow too. fingers crossed, but Im feeling much slimmer and my jeans are fitting lovely now :)
 
Day 14:

Ok before my I do my food, official weigh in today was 75.5 kg which works out (according to google) as 166 pounds. So I have now lost 9lb in 2 weeks! Brilliant. I was on weight watchers for ages and didnt lose hardly anything! Really happy and can feel it in my clothes but went shopping earlier for a new outfit and left feeling really depressed. Still have a lot to go and half 8 Im back on the 30 day shred!

Food:
B: Muller light plus oat bran
L: Chicken salad
D: steak, mushrooms, onions and peppers
sugar free jelly
Snack: 3 slices of ham
 
Thats a fantastic loss in two weeks whooop, well done x
