Goal for 50...

Hi, I'm Mandy and I'm a serial dieter :sigh:
However, due to my past efforts doing weight watchers, calorie counting, 5:2 and slimming world, I'm only a stone from goal :)
This week I've decided it's the turn of slimming world again and know from past experience I'm better off keeping a diary while I follow it, so tomorrow the diet shall commence!

I'm 50 in April, and as I was at goal for 20, 30, and 40, I feel it only right and proper that I am for 50...

I'm going to pretty much follow green as it restricts my eating a bit, I don't eat enough fruit and veg to be successful at EE.

Rightski....off to asda for eggs, mullerlight, potatoes and supernoodles :D
 
Day one...
I had a nasty surprise this morning. My husband who is 6'2" and a large build has recently got to goal doing 5:2, we both got weighed and measured this morning and our waist measurements are the same :( All I can say in my defence is that I'm apple shaped.

A - Milk
A -
B - Bread
B - Tuna

Breakfast - None - I got out of the habit while doing 16:8

Lunch - Tuna sandwich

Dinner - Egg, beans and chips - my old sw favourite!

Snacks - Noodles

Syns - Will decide later, but wine will probably be involved
 
Hello! Thank you for looking at my diary, it was just the kick up the butt I needed :)
I'm ashamed to say I completely blew it yesterday, and was half tempted to give up. I finished work and now have a week off, so I had a celebratory glass of wine...followed by another and another - oops! Wine is my downfall, it always leads to the munchies.
When will I learn?
Righty, new day, new start. I wonder how many times I'll be saying that on this thread? :D

I'm a desperate woman! My weight is going back up at a scary rate and my trousers are getting tight, I need to get a grip :(
