going hungry?

So I've gone to bed and find my tummy rumbling.
Being hungry in bed is one of my least favourite things
And usually I'd go eat a banana or piece of toast.
I think I might be able to manage not having anything, not sure.
What should I do?
I can't really imagine eating a can of tuna right now or hard boiling a flippin egg!
Won't hurt to go hungry will it?
 
I'd have a drink of water x
 
Hi Kimberley, I don't usually feel hungry to be honest , did you eat enough during the day? If you can't face eating too heavy what about some warm skimmed milk?? :)
 
I like the warm skimmed milk idea! Get up and do that and have a few chunks of chicken, i'm sure it will help you nod off.

I hate trying to go to sleep hungry.
 
Thanks for all the words of advice Dukan-pals.
I eventually nodded off and lost 0.6lbs this morning (its only been 0.2lbs for the last couple of days) so I'm sooo glad I didn't get out of my warm and comfy bed to gorge.
Will definitely consider a drink or yoghurt next time- that should do the trick.

Cottage cheese is good last thing at night, because, like warm milk, it makes me sleepier
