Going it alone...from SW to CC

Yeah it's advised you eat caalories back you burn off if you can, theres a whole ? over it though as some people do some people dont.
I eat some back but like you i'm flexible ewith calories as i'm at beginning so it the last stone if I struggle i can drop 100 -200 cals and still be eating enough x

I've been a bit off track for a week or so, had a few meals out so things have generally gone a bit to pot. And I've not weighed myself for a while so I'm feeling a bit ashamed of myself even though I don't even know how much damage I've done.

Toady's food:

Breakfast: 255
Granola bar & nectarine

Dinner: 422
Weight Watchers tomato soup with 3 x ryvita, doritos, apple & rasin snack pack

Tea: 502
Linda McCartney red onion & rosemary sausages, rice fusions and a couple of homemade oven chips.

Snacks: 306
Alpen light
Shape Deluight greek yogurt
2 x pink n whites

TOTAL: 1485

Went a tad over today (it was the pink n whites!) but not gonna stress too much, pleased I've managed to reign myself in a bit!

The weekend is going to be the big challenge, I have a terrible habit of having a blowout just because it's the weekend, how does everyone else stay in control when other halves are ordering takeaways etc?

Just make sure you work out what you are going to have for your take away before hand and make sure you stick to it. Then you can plan your brekkie and lunch to be low cal in order to fit it in.

But the trick is that you cant share your other half's dinner even if you just want a taste! When I was on SW I used to go for a chicken chow mein as it was 7 syns and just eat that. If you type some things into MFP you will have an idea of what you should order.

(OR just bin the take away menu's!!) :) Or you could try some low cal recipes for making food similar to your fav take away?!
