OK so today we are back on plan, I'm back up to just 1lb under my start weight thanks to this weekends blow out, so its time for some serious damage control.
Todays menu looks like this:
Breakfast - Apple (was not hungry after yesterdays massive pig-out) (FREE)
Snack - bag of carrot sticks (two carrots worth) (FREE)
Dinner - Tuna Pasta Salad (all from scratch, no dressing) (FREE), going to have a small drumstick lolly (3 SYNS) and a bounty (celebrations size) (2 SYNS i think)
Tea - Cheese Omelette & Beans (6 SYNS for the cheese or HEA)
Is it vital that I have a HEB? Not sure how I'll get that in today, Any suggestions?

Feel very much in control today, day off work usually means i spend the day munching my way through my bodyweight in rubbish, today i have resisted, and just had 1 drumstick lolly and 4 pieces of choc orange that was left in the kitchen so that puts me on 13 syns i think, breakfast was wheat biscuits & milk (I love that I can still have full fat milk) HEA & HEB, lunch was tuna sweetcorn beetroot & pasta, Tea will be syn free sausages and syn free chips that I am very much looking forward to when the OH gets home from the pub xxx
From a butchers called Shepleys near to me. They we de-lish. Just got meatballs on as we're having friends round for tea who are also on SW. Free meatballs with chunky tomato sauce and spaghetti xxx
Well yesterday was bad :-( was out doing a craft fair with my sister all day. Started with all good intentions but in reality there was no option but to stray from plan, froze to death all day, existed on a bag if cheese oddities and a bag of sunbites, then raided the bag of fruit pastilles, then demanded a McDonald's when I got home!so big oops that was!!result in an upset stomach for me and only 1lb off on the scales this week, although if I manage to keep anything but water down today it will be a miracle so maybe next weigh in will be better.
Day off work for me today though if this sickness continues, should probably use the time constructively but I can't quite be bothered yet.xxx
Had a poor few days to be honest, bread, chocolate, crisps you name it, I've eaten it. Today I'm volunteering at a charity golf day through work, so need to make sure I take my lunch and snacks with me and choose a healthy option for tea, will probably be omelettes and salad as its quick and easy. Need to get back on track or il gonna see a big gain on the scales come Monday :-( xxx
Back on plan from tomorrow and hitting the gym before work. Bread has been evicted from our kitchen and our breadbin now looks like this <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=92026"/>
Well tea was cheese and spring onion omelette and beans (5syns for the cheese) now im really craving choc but only have one remaining syn, I have two choices, both will take me over but will either be a fab ice lolly or a piece of the yummy Lindor bar OH bought me. What to do?? Xxx
