Good on you for doing spinning, hubby and me tried it a couple of times but at my gym most of the classes are advanced level, and even when they say 'all levels' they are still bonkers hard.
I also hate it when they keep SHOUTING at you!
I stick to mainly resistance as I was told on here that you need to build muscle and not do much cardio' when on a VLCD, but clearly it doesn't affect your weight loss Miss 6 1/4 lbs!
Today I did Thai Chi class, crosstrainer for 15 mins, weights, swim, jacuzzi, steam room and ice cold drench shower! Eeeek it was cold!

that's the colour I was after the shower!
I loved though how my swimming costume that I bought for summer holidays was all baggy! Very unattractive though! LOL
