Going to bed hungry, waking up full

That's the attitude Queen Bizzle :)

Kissme, that sounds positive. I know with a lot of conditions, the pain comes down with weight loss too, (weight loss seems to have tons of benefits) - hopefully it does with yours :)

Ah, I was a medical student before I got ill, and I know the medical profession still aren't very good at dealing with pain in general, and especially nerve pain. I hope it doesn't affect you greatly. You're right though, life goes on, and you sound in the right head frame to improve your life, good on you! :)

I'm very lucky I have an amazing GP and my disorder is quite common now so im lucky that there is an amazing medication for it. :)

It's unlikely your pack is taking you out of ketosis and you're going back in overnight it doesn't really happen that quickly. Being in ketosis doesn't mean you won't feel hungry at all. It means it's supressed. I feel hunger pangs at some point pretty much every day.

If you get knocked out of ketosis it'll take you more than a few hours to get back in

Thanks for the info starlight, hopefully I'll just get used to the hunger a bit in the evenings then. I have a feeling they're more emotional cravings and I should learn not to give in to those anyhow longterm!
