sunday - green

breakfast - none

dinner - thai mug shot,3xpagen krisprolls and apple

went for a long costal walk then took kids to the park

tea - cheesy chips with asda smart price curry sauce

heax1=42g hf cheese
heax2=as above
hebx1=3xpagen krisprolls
hebx2=fibre plus bar

syns = curry sauce 100g so think thats 3.5 syns (100g=68kcal)

what a crap day today,woke up this morning and was in total agony with cystitis,not nice,spent the 1st hour crying my eayes out in pain,however by about half 10 was feeling alot better got some antibiotics and drank that much water i feel i could pop.

breakfast - none

dinner - oh took me out for lunch ,i had quorn chilli which i beleive is very low in syns,but also had eaton mess as was half price,would of been rude not too

tea - bacon sandwich ,apple

heax1=lattee in pub
hebx1=2 slices wm bread

syns = quorn chilli 4.5 and eaton mess ?????

well went shopping to day,bought a leather look pair of trousers in dps,in a 12 and they fit ,wow,also got some killer black shoes with red heels.will post a pic.getting rather used to these nights out,must admit i do have a bloody good time the girls and i.cant wait
