Good Snacks to eat with little syns?

Read on a thread somewhere & i can't remember which 1 simple i will repost this a few times!!!

If u like milkshakes - muller yogurt HEx of ur choice of milk & options flavour of ur choice. I had vanilla sprinkled yogurt & coconut options. It is fine :)

Heyy, anybody have any idea how many syns are in Country Garden chewy muesli bars?
Say's they're only 83 calories a bar so i'm hoping they might be low! and they're tasty!!

Or can anybody work it out pleasee! (Per 100g)
Energy: 394kcal/ 1654kj
Protein: 5.4g
Carbohydrate: 68.6g
Fat: 8g
Fibre: 4.4g
Sodium: 0.24g

Not sure if they have any free food in them but 20calories = 1 syn so based on that it should be 4 syns

Thanks Sully.. they have raisins, apple and coconut in.. but I don't have a clue if it makes a difference!! Everything else I can always just find on here!! Will just count them as 4 anyway! :)

2 level tsp of jam on 1 toast (nimble) 3 1/2 syns

Aldi brooklea light strawberry yoghurt 150g (i think its their fake muller?) 1 1/2 syns

I'm new to this...
Just had an omelette, just egg with no milk so that's free on extra easy? I cut up some plain chicken chunks and fried them in fry light before putting in!
They're castle lea ready to eat ones was wondering if anyone knows how many syns for the pack?

They are 200g pack with:
210 kcal
2.6g fat

Anyone?? Xxx

Yummy! Which yoghurt did you use? I'm quite partial to a muller milkshake with muller light coconut Greek yoghurt.

I usually stick 2 vanilla Muller & mix up the options that i use - 2nite was caramel tho i used coconut the other day & it was lovely sipping it in the sun!!!
