Got an award! (also ticker question)

Lost 2lb this week and got my 2.5st award. Yay!!!!!! What a nice surprise as my scales at home said I stayed the same or even gained 1 this week even though I was good. Really chuffed! arty0011:

Also can someone tell me how to add ticker after I've created one? I can't see where to put it on the signature page nor know which code to use from ticker factory. :sign0163:

Starlight - what an inspiration! That is just fantastic!

Wish - I started SW at the beg of Dec (I didn't want to wait til New Year!) so 2.5st in 6 months. I was aiming for half a stone a month but I'm still happy with what I've achieved! It's better than if I hadn't joined, that's for sure! I also had some challenges of Christmas, Easter and a 2.5wk trip to America to see my family to get through during that 6 months!
