I've been doing SW since beginning March 2012. Have lost 8lbs so far. I think my losses would have been bigger if I calmed my weekends down a bit !! getting on well with the food and recipes. I've decided to start a food dairy thread to try and keep me on track. I started at 18.6 but now weigh17.10. I'm aiming to get into the 16's by end of April. Ok, here goes - diary for today:

B - shape no fat yoghurt, 2 boiled eggs (did'nt feel like anything heavy)
S - grapes
L - 2 Linda M rosemary and red onion sausage (free) plus a WW petits pain (hexb)
D - roast lamb, rice with stir fry veg
s - grapes
Hex a - milk in coffee throughout the day

Syns - a couple glasses of wine later :)
