Well I've messed up again! So many blank food diaries! I can stay on plan during the day no problem but then evening comes, I have a glass of wine and it all goes out the window! Seriously, I've messed up so much over the past 2 weeks and I've still got another week to go before I can get back to class because of stupid late night meetings
Well, I think I might have gained about 3 pounds (according to my home scales) over the last 2 weeks but I've got just over 8 days to do something about it before I weigh in again next Tuesday. If I stay on plan all week, I reckon I can get those 3 pounds back and at least see a maintain. I have been really struggling lately though with staying on plan in that I'm losing my motivation. However, I've just browsed here and the SW website and I'm starting to remember why I'm doing this and how far I've come. It would be so terrible to give up now, especially since I'm almost 3 stone down and feeling so much better in my own body. I just have to knock the drink on the head...
