Well I've messed up again! So many blank food diaries! I can stay on plan during the day no problem but then evening comes, I have a glass of wine and it all goes out the window! Seriously, I've messed up so much over the past 2 weeks and I've still got another week to go before I can get back to class because of stupid late night meetings :( Well, I think I might have gained about 3 pounds (according to my home scales) over the last 2 weeks but I've got just over 8 days to do something about it before I weigh in again next Tuesday. If I stay on plan all week, I reckon I can get those 3 pounds back and at least see a maintain. I have been really struggling lately though with staying on plan in that I'm losing my motivation. However, I've just browsed here and the SW website and I'm starting to remember why I'm doing this and how far I've come. It would be so terrible to give up now, especially since I'm almost 3 stone down and feeling so much better in my own body. I just have to knock the drink on the head...

Oh my goodness, I haven't posted since July! That's really terrible and so are my losses. Last time I was here I weighed 13 stone 13.5 lbs and since then I've only dropped 3 lbs! Still, it 3 lbs in the right direction but I really need to get back on this (though it got me my 3 stone award!) I've been up and down in the same few pounds for a few weeks now so it's time to get back on track! I still have that determination and I haven't stopped attending group but I don't think my head was in the right place for a while. I shall try my best from now on though!

Right! After being away for far too long, I'm finally back! Had a little slip over Christmas and up to now so regained a little of what I lost but it's not the end of the world. I'm back on it now (though I'm doing SW from home until I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight) and this week I've resolved to drinking no alcohol and sticking to plan 100%! I started this yesterday but from today onwards I'll also be taking photos of my food and uploading them as I found that the last time I did this it helped me stay on plan completely. I lost 7lbs that week :)

So I'll post todays photo this evening once I've finished eating for the day. Didn't take a photo yesterday but my days was...

Breakfast: Banana and satsuma
Lunch: Porridge (HEB), Muller Light, strawberries, raspberries
Dinner: Baked potato, margarine (4 syns), baked beans, onion, cheese (HEA), sausages (2.5 syns), sauce (2 syns)
Snacks: Water, black coffee, square of chocolate (3 syns)

Total: 11.5 syns :)
 
All done with food for today so here's my first picture :)

Breakfast: Grapefruit
Lunch: Boiled eggs x 2, salad (lettuce, cucumber, radish, spring onion, carrot, celery), satsuma (I didn't eat the apple in the end)
Dinner: Home-made beef stew (free, though yes, I did pick the beef out because I don't like it!), boiled potatoes, brussel sprouts, cauliflower and leeks in cheese sauce (2.5 syns for the sauce and HEA for cheese on top)
Snack - Alpen Light bar (HEB), Graze toffee apple box (4 syns)

Total: 6.5 syns :)

Second day done, totally on plan!

Breakfast: Total 0% fat yogurt, raspberries, satsuma
Lunch: Rice, peppers, onions, peas, chillies
Dinner: Home-made chilli (loads of speed food, 2 syns for spice mix), Total 0% fat yogurt, cheese (HEA), jalapenos, mini tortilla cut into nachos and grilled (4.5 syns)
Snacks: Water, black coffee, Hifi bar (HEB)

Total: 6.5 syns :)

Lunch: Overnight oats (oats (HEB), Total 0% fat yogurt), apple, satsumas x 2, mixed spice
Dinner: Steak, herbed potatoes, mushrooms, salad, coleslaw (added after the photo was taken) (2 syns)
Snacks: Water, black coffee, almond milk (half HEA), cheese (half HEA), pickled onions, HiFi bar (3 syns)

Total: 5 syns :)

Kind of on plan today. Did have some vodka and Jager that I didn't measure though but only had 1 of each so I'll just say it was my full syn allowance. I did use sugar-free mixers though so at least they were free :)

Dinner: Gammon, mushrooms, salad, peas, egg, mustard (0.5 syns)

Total: 16 syns (not ideal but I've been under every day this week so hopefully will be ok)

Fully on plan today, very pleased with that since I've been in the house all day surrounded by food.

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Porridge (oats (HEB), almond milk (half HEA)), apple, raspberries, mixed spice
Dinner: Omelette (eggs, onions, bacon, cheese (half HEA)), baked beans, ham, salad
Snacks: Black coffee, water, HiFi bar (3 syns), popcorn (5.5 syns), pickled onions

Total: 8.5 syns :)

Edit: I weakened and had a bag of my husband's Nik Naks in the evening for 7 syns! So my total for the day was 15.5. Not too bad though :classic_roll_eyes:
