great meal idea sausage chips and gravy :-)

Hi guys thought i would share a great dinner i cooked up tonight
2 linda mccartney sausages 4 points
250grams of potatoes 2 points
gravy granules 1 point

i cut my potatoes into chips shape part boiled them then finished off in the over didnt even need to spray or use oil delicous nice comfot food

Try celeriac chips - found the recipe whilst on Cambridge diet.
Cook the same way as potatoes (blanch for 2 minutes) place on a baking tray and season with herbs/spices. Bakes for 30-40 mins
Taste a lot nicer than you would expect!
