Welcome Willpowerwoman! I love the name! I'm serial ********* pinner so I pin everything I find. I'll send u a link to the website later. Now, day 10 for me. Looking good as I woke up with so much energy! But... I sinned lasted night. Yep, I did. All was going according to plan until I decided to have one pistachio. One turned into two. Two turned into 5...then something came over me and I had all 53! I know as I counted them after...It's always been like that for me: it's all or nothing. I checked their nutritional value and it looks I might be 30g of carbs over what's required to remain in ketosis. Now there are two things to address: additional calories as pistachio arr very high in those. Plus, I recognise I might need to be on the verge of coming out of ketosis so I'm expecting pretty rough ride today. So for the first point: given my energy levels continue I will go for a run aftrr work. Nothing strenuous: 20 mins to raise my blood pressure or if I no longer feel so perky I'll go for a long walk. Second bit - there is nothing I can do abt it apart from sticking to CD 100% and whatever comes my way in the meantime I only have myself to blame... Self control is something I have to work on in longer run and this is smthg I need to focus while in maintenance steps. Downwards and onwards!
