Jayne, the end of the month is technically on Sunday so I'm sure that you'll have lost that pesky pound by then!

Very much doubt that I'm going to lose 6lbs this week, actually there's not a hope in hell! but I guess that I might manage 3lbs as I'm down another 2 this morning:D

I guess that we had better wait......don't think that I'm going to 'sign up' as I think that I'm going to re-feed before going in to hospital. Seems like the sensible thing to do....so I guess that I'll carry on until 24th November.

Paul's really wants me to eat 'properly' next weekend in London but I'm trying to convince him that it makes no difference if I try and stick to LT.....fighting a bit of a losing battle! He says that's he bored with ME doing this....how the **** does he think I feel! Is your hubby still being an angel? x

Anyone with a weigh-in after today will be going on 1st November, so i might just set it up... If you are going to carry on until 24 November, that would be your last weigh in for November anyway, but it is entirely up to you... You have only got just over 5 weeks to go before you go in-that time has flown by.
I think that until you do this diet, you don't realise how hard it really is, and let's face it, Paul has NO worries at all where weight is concerned, so it must be hard for him to understand. Joe is being brilliant.. He came home from fishing and said he would love to have an Indian, but he won't because it's not fair on me (thank God for that!! lol)... He is still cooking for him and the kids, but i do it when i can (not too often though!! lol).. He says he is going to go on LT in the New Year, but i won't hold my breath!! lol x x

My last Oct wi is tomorrow...I'm very excited but faily sure I haven't made it to the 5lbs I wanted...oh well...roll on November!!!

I had my wi this morning and apparently I've lost 7lbs this week. I don't really believe it, it was a very stressful morning and I hadn't had my shake yet so I don't truly believe it but I'll take it for now!
