Off on 2 weeks hols in a bit on lite, so here's hoping I don't have too big a gain, straight back on LLT on return so will sort it!

LadyT said:Hi hun I was in a similar place to you after my holiday the only way I could get back into it was to do exactly what you say remove food completely so I am on my second week of total. It really helps, I list 5lb last week so it made it worth while for sure xx
