Not too bad thanks...started my Davina DVD today, which I plan to do twice a week with running twice a week too....that's the plan anyway!!!

I used to love combat! It's a fair few years old, 2008 apparently - Super Body Workout. My abs are a little sore today which is great because it means in using my core!!
I try hard to vary my no weeklies meals, because I did get into a rut if having porridge for brekkie, tuna & 3 bean salad at lunch & just some standard dinner. Your menus are all so varied & make me drool! Can't wait to eat more!!
Mind you these early starts at work mean brekkie is a little repetitive!

L- roast veg, lf feta & chicken salad (4pp)
D- bacon medallions with lots of veg in a tomato/soft cheese sauce, pasta & sprinkled with parmesan (10pp)

Not sure what to do with my 4 leftover points...I think it may be frozen yoghurt, strawbs & a timeout

Your food sounds so yummy! Where do u buy your Edamame Beans from? Great choice with your 4pp, I'm using mine on Worcester Sauce French Fries, Rainbow Drops & Jaffa Cake! Well Done on your AP too! X

I found the edamame beans by chance in the waitrose bargain area, 50p for the pot so not massively cheap, but £1.75 originally! Had a trek round all the supermarkets in the hunt for WW naans - sainsbury, morrisons & asda let me down, waitrose won the day today!!
