Happe's SW days

Well here I am about to return to good ol Slimming World. Its like an old friend that i cant stay away from for too long. I gave CD a good shot and i love the results but for now, for me SW is the way to go. I shall endevour to post at least once a day and share some of my menu's with you. Printed off my food diary all ready to go in the morning. Created a new folder on my desktop with all the SW bumpf in it and cant wait to get started. Bring it on!!

Thanks for the welcome back ladies. Much appreciated.
Totally enjoyed yesterday, heres what i had;
1/2 melon
1/2 pineapple
2 mango's
huge bunch of grapes
salad of lettuce, cucumber, carrot, cherry toms and red onion with pastrami.
Stir fried beansprouts, cabbage, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and chilli with strips of thin sliced steak.
2 pork chops.
muller light yoghurt
semi skimmed milk

need to sort out my healthy b options but a good start i think.

Had a few days away after last weeks weigh in bu im hanging on here and expect to show a loss tomorrow for my 2nd week. Fingers crossed.
