Today I've had 7 biscuits and am currently eating nachos with salsa and melted cheese! Not exactly 'on plan'! Lost 3.5lb last night though, earning me my 1-stone award. So I'll be back on track soon - after these nachos.
Yeah ive only just started mine so Im hoping I keep it up because I have swapped it for writing things down. If I dont write things down that when I tend to "forget" that Ive had this... or that..... or some syns ..... woopsie!
