Set maybe 1500 kcal's a day? Toast? Porridge? Bran flakes with low fat yoghurt and a banana is only 219kcals? Lunch could be salad wraps or tinned soup and a pitta or Warburtons thin and tea could be anything as long as kcal's are low. Try 300kcals breakfast and lunch then that would leave a decent amount for a main meal xxx
