Well done on the gym Harry. I think a lot of us are feeling a slump at the moment. I'm putting my feeling like sleeping for a week down to the post festive season blurrrggghhhh. Have a great week.
I'm definitely feeling the "slump" and want to just sleep nonstop at the moment. I really hoped I'd wake up full of energy this morning but again that's not happened. I think it's the weather or something.

Exercise wise it will be a lazy day
recovery day Lol
Had vanilla shake pancake and black coffee for breakfast. Porridge for lunch and carbonara for dinner. Fingers crossed.
I went to gym, couldn't stop myself.
30 min cardio and 30min weights.
Now feeling good about my decision.
I know one day off leads to many day offs I can't afford that at the moment.

Well done Harry but remember you have to have one day a week off exercise because it is while you are at rest that the body repairs and builds the muscles. The more lean muscle you have the easier it is to lose weight as well as looking better.

I love my gym sessions now but hate hate dieting
11days to go.....
Nothing fits so bought new clothes
Thinking to behave for 11days atleast.
This Thursday its my birthday on Sunday my husbands birthday
I know it will be bloody hard but no harm trying
This time I am taking things easily as long as I go to gym and I know I feel fit and healthy too.
All exante products are year overdated so I feel yuk eating them.
