Today's weight check 14s 11/3.4
I am very happy. I think TOTM is here
My back is killing me since morning. Took two ibuprofen.

Shake+ bar+ pasta. Fingers crossed.

Think how great you'll feel to morrow if you don't? Allow yourself a day off when your in the lower 14 bracket ie 14st 7lbs or under so your not easily tipped in the 15s? Xxx
