im only on day 5 of slim and save, want to do 10 weeks to give me kick start, then refeed and am looking around for diet or should I say way of life to hopefully lose another few stone (happy to take scenic route) and then maintain
never heard of paleo because came across it on minimims but have really done some research into it and think its just what I need love the health benefits achieved from it too and walking is something I love, so sounds just perfect for me
however just wondered if this was sort of diet could move onto straight from refeed as appears to be fairly high calorie, was thinking perhaps following basic principles to start with and doing 5:2 with it also
would love to hear from anyone who has managed to keep losing weight / maintain on paleo . many thanks x
