I'm used to the cambridge diet packs, but the price of Exante is very appealing. Just wondering what the packs are like in comparison?

Yes, I did - but only after a long break. My CDC was lovely and the shakes/bars great - but I prefer if this way, especially since the soups seem so much better.
yes ive swapped i do enjoy the shakes on cd but i love the soups on exante . Im glad ive swapped over its much cheaper , the bars/shakes and soups are tastey too and a plus side you dont have to keep seeing a consultant .
i'm swapping from cd to exante in just over 2 weeks....can't wait as heard the shakes aren't as sweet as cd and soups are edible lol. plus its sooooooo much cheaper.
