OK, so working off a BMR of 2039kcal since starting the 1200kcal diet I have saved 2807kcal, so considering 1lb of fat = 3500kcal I am not far off 1lb worth of savings .
Keeping a daily food diary is great as it shows me where my weaknesses are. If I can just stay under the 2039kcal on a 'I need to have a pig out' day then in the long term the weight can only go one way!
