I was told that they sell the dorsets porridge sachets in Lidl

Hi everyone, I'm new. I do slimming world at home and wondered if anybody knew how many suns are in Dorset raspberry porridge? I read in my book that you can have a 30g sachet of this porridge as a heb, although I can only find 50g sachets?? I bought the normal box of the porridge and weigh out 30g, then work out the milk.

Also, you can buy it in Tesco and Morrison's - hope this helps
