Hello,
Can anyone advise me please on the situation with healthy extra's and whether they can be split or not.
You can have 2 x 35g philadelphia light a day, I've only had 1 so am i able to use the other half for half my daily allowance of milk or can you strictly have 1 kind of healthy extra and the rest require a syn value?
