Another day down. Alls going good. Breakfast. Bacon, beans and scrambled egg. Tea with milk (he) and toast (he) and butter (1 syn) Lunch. Ham salad. Ham, lettuce, onion, peppers, tomato. All free foods. Dinner. Pork chop, veg and potato. Had gravy (3 syns) and a glass of milk to wash it down. Snacks. Banana and a yogurt! Idk yet how many syns my yogurt is going to be. Hi waffle. Cant say it will be one of my favourite things. I just was never interested in them. We had them in the house growing up, my brother would eat them. I wouldnt eat them or ice cream. I would have a ice lolly
Another good day. Oh breakfast wasn't so great. I tried Overnight oats - never again. Ate half of them, took me 90mins to eat that much. Oats (he) natural yogurt, fruit. 0 syns Lunch Tuna salad. Yesterday. Had another good day. breakfast toast 2 slices (he), butter, beans. And a nice cup of tea. With canderel and milk (he). 2 syns lunch bacon, scrambled egg, beans. And another cup of tea. Free dinner steak, beans, potato, and gravy. 3 syns snacks. Yogurt 1 syn and fruit. 6 syns total.
Must be doing something wrong as this diet has to be one of the easiest on the planet. Yesterday was an ok day.

Am not really drinking water as such i am having it with squash, i dont know if that would defeat the purpose! But me and water just dont go together. Had a can of 7up free too yesterday and felt so bloated, like i had gained a stone It wasn't a nice feeling at all.
I need to incorporate exercise into my regime. Weather is great outside today, so i have decided to tackle the lawn. We have a ride on lawnmower which is out of action, and apparently all my family with the exception of Caitlin (7yr old) are allergic to the ordinary mower! This is the first cut of the year, and you can hardly see the cats walking through it, so it will be an all day event.
Moved my weigh in day to Saturday's too, to match my mentor so weighed myself today and 18st 12lbs looking up at me. So we are definitely heading in the right direction!
