Had a fab weekend, it's been lovely and hot, been coated in sun cream so I haven't burnt but could have done with jumping in a swimming pool, although I did go in the lake to paddle today!
Racing was good, won £3.44 whoop whoop but did have a £5 stake so that wasn't good but my friend won £75! It was a bit bad drink wise as they kept running out of things including water, I was gasping.
My cousin cooked us fajitas before going so we wouldn't be tempted by burgers etc which although naughty I'm sure was better than succumbing at the race course, Jessie J was good but didn't perform for that long which was disappointing. After the racing we went to a steak restaurant, my friend wanted to do the 72oz challenge but was advised not too after all the alcohol we'd consumed. I had a lovely rib eye steak, avoided dessert and crisps and popcorn once we got back and also stopped drinking even though the others carried on.
This morning my cousin cooked us a fry up and luckily grilled everything but I did give in to white bread and homemade jam. We then went for a walk around the lakes and whilst everyone else enjoyed icecreams I just had water. Not long got back and while everyone else is having KFC I am having some SW burgers from the freezer although I have just had a macaroon, hoping I can pull it back and still have a loss on Thursday.
Saturday 18th August (OFF)
Breakfast: 35g all bran golden crunch (HEB), vanilla ff yogurt, banana
Lunch: 2x fajitas with sour cream, guacomale, salsa and cheese (just a small amount of each.. ? Syns)
Dinner: little onion bread, rib eye steak, garlic & thyme mash, salad, blue cheese sauce
Drinks: squash, water, white wine spritzer, diet lemonade, pint of pimms, 3x pints of cider, 2 glasses of wine, 3x vodka and lemonade (? Syns)
Sunday 19th August (OFF)
Breakfast: mushrooms, bacon, baked beans, 2x white toast (?), jam (?)
Lunch/Dinner: 2x SW burgers, cheese (HEA), pitta bread (HEB)
Snacks: 2x coconut macaroons
Drinks: water, squash, 2x glass of fruit juice (?)
