My name is Ruth, I live in Wigan and i'm currently on slimming world to loose the weight needed for a well deserved holiday next year. I have done slimming world before and put the weight back on so its time to get serious! Hoping to get some good hints and tips from here, perhaps make some weight loss buddies

I am going to be doing SW again but probably on my own as don't seem to finish work on time to get to a class..
Like you I lost weight with SW before and have put the weight back on!
so, good luck, and here's hoping we both make our goals...well not hoping ..we will !
