Hi everybody,
I've just come across this brill looking forum so thought I'd join and say hi to you all.
Started SF yesterday. Been on it before and lost just over 3st on it (although never did get down to my target weight ), but regained 2st in about 18 months - 2 years since. So here I am, starting again and I am full of determination this time! I will reach that goal, I know I can lose weight on this plan if I stick to it!!
