Hello! Second time around on SW, needing motivation!

Well done on the weight loss so far, looks like you're doing really well. A maintain is always a bit disheartening when you feel you don't deserve it but at least it's not weight on! Also, if it's any consolation, I maintained for 2 weeks and on the third week lost 5lbs so your body could be just building up to it. Especially if you're doing exercise, you'll be burning fat and building muscle.
 
Yippee! Got to 12.5lbs lost. Well chuffed! Hope you're all doing well with your weight loss goals!
 
Haven't been on this thread for a while but oh my god you're doing so well! I don't know whether to be inspired or disheartened that we've been doing it for the same length of time and I've lost like 1lb :( Have you got a food diary on here?
