chika yes the books are fab
im glad i got them
i agree cd is fab but i couldnt stick with it so went into a starve/binge cycle over and over again which i am sure is bad for me
so here i am

and i have my menu worked out for tomorrow:

banana, muller light, tea
egg salad sandwich
pasta in tom sauce

hex a 250ml semi skimmed milk
hex b 2 alpen light bars, 2 small slices wholemeal bread
syns: 2 spoons x light salad cream = 2, nescafe vanilla latte = 4

ihope ive done this right
it looks like an awful lot
 
This was my menu yesterday (original)

B Boiled Egg, 1/2 Grapefruit

L Salad, 2 slices of Ham, 42g Less Kol Cheese (HEa), 30g bag of ryvita mini (HEb)

D Gammon, roasted veggies (sprayed with frylite) Muller light yoghurt

Snack 1 banana

I am also drinking about 3.5 - 4 litres of water per day.

Lol that doesn't look like much to me! I eat a lot more than that - I do have a big appetite though.

My goal is 9st too - which is what I got down to for my wedding 4 years ago, again with SW. It's 5 years since I was at my target so it's taken me a while to gain weight! I was 1.5st over target at my heaviest in Dec last year.
