Just thought I'd say hello,Nice to be motivated by all the different people out there with different stories,goals,recipies,hints,tips,advice e.t.c.Seems if we want to lose a little or a lot,we all share one common goal,to be healthy and happy with who we are,and for the people we love.My first step was to stop smoking,now to lose weight and hopefully to live longer.Best wishes to you all.

Welcome. I am a newbie too. I have been
On WW for about 2 months now have lost 9.9kg. As of today I have started my 100 day challenge for quitting smoking (so far so good).

What day do you weigh in?
 
Hi,I weigh in on tuesdays,as for the smoking,I used champix tabs from the drs,worked well for me but can have side effects.also started using e cigs (more for holding than anything.Best of look with both xx
