I have done the Exante before, I done Total Solutions for a week and lost just over a stone, it is challenging but once you get past day 3/4 it's becomes really easy, I found once I adjusted to it even the three shakes/bars/soups were a challenge to eat, I would be more then happy to read your blog, I will also be starting my own from tomorrow, stay focused and positive and you can do it, I have done Exante twice before and lost over 2 stone in total I was 14st 6lbs when I first started dieting, but I am trying to lose some more as trying to conceive and the extra weight triggers my poly cystic ovaries.

Xx

Lol no worries expect plenty typos from me as I'm on here on my iPhone and it just loves to autocorrect everything lol, it really is quite funny some of the things it comes up with x

Wow you seem to have done really well. I want to lose weight to also have a baby in the future. I been with my partner 6 years so we are looking to buy a house in the next year and then we will be looking at getting married and having children, no way am I wanting to be over weight on wedding pictures, and I couldn't get pregnant at this size so would need to lose weight if I wanted children anyway. I will be Downloading the App for the iphone too so will be on here an awful lot trying to keep focused lol. Maybe you could help me with something? I have started a new thread in the Exante section but it has not showed up? Why is that? really confused? xxx

I sure can, the site reviews and then approves the posts in the Exante diet section it should be up within the next 12-24 hours, what is your post called so I can keep an eye out for it and subscribe..

I wish you and your partner the best, me and my OH have been together for 5 years now so we really want a family but I don't want to be too overweight when I get pregnant as I think it may be alot harder to shift the weight after..

Well I am very glad you replied let's definAtely keep in touch and keep eachother motivated ?

It's really nice to have someone to share my journey with x

Yes I would really like that :) I don't know what an earth is going on with my netbook it wont allow me to press enter and start on a new line lol. Oh that's great that my post is not lost lol Its called 'Newbie Eeeek'! I would love it if we could keep each other motivated I find it so hard so that's sounds like a great idea. I wish you and your bf the best of luck too, You don't have much to lose (well nothing like I have lol) and im sure you will reach your goal weight in no time and be feeling better in yourself :) I live in North London in the Southgate area, what part of London are you from :) xxx

I live in NW London in the west Hampstead area not far from you at all, if you don't mind me asking what are your weight loss goals?

I'm sure no matter how much there is to lose you can do it, it's always nice to have someone to do it with sometimes you start to feel quite alone and then it's easy just to give up and give into temptation x

My weight loss goals urm good question! I have like 13stone to lose if that gives u some idea? Gees when i say it like that its bloody loads, ahhh!! I know im going to be on this diet at least a year... but that don't mean its gonna take a year to feel good about myself? right? I think my first mini goal is to lose a stone. and then I will go from there. My over all goal is to be a size 10/1 and feeling great about myself! :) xxxx

No Goal is unachievable you've made the choice to make a change and that's the first step.. As soon as you start to see the weight come off you will feel amazing the clothes get looser and your confidence improves, I know what it feels like to feel unhappy and to feel like the whole world is staring at you, but you can succeed and you will reach your goal Hun xx
