Thats true! I used to love dorito crisps and now I don't really care for them, it could be they're ideal to eat out of boredom (like chip after chip after chip goes into the mouth).
I woke pretty depressed today, but did something constructive by listing things on eBay so feel somewhat better, had a panic attack or two as well... :/ got about 700cals for dinner. I haven't left the flat since Tuesday night, Wednesday night we went brum to take my guinea pig to the specialist but it's not the same thing as going for a walk or going to town... Plus I haven't seen my boyfriend since Wednesday evening also as he's been busy and is out tonight and I have like withdrawal symptoms lol.
Aww Hugs, I know how you feel waking up depressed been there many times - Like you if i dont shift myself out of it within the hour i end up feeling quite bad all day. So its good you manged to find something to keep you busy,
Have you ever thought off audio Books on a mp3 player, ive listened to all 3 series of the hunger games, The twilight saga and harry potter 1+2. i just pop in my head phones put on my trainers and get myself out for a walk. You seem to forget anyone else is around, how long you've been walking, and just get lost in the story. (haven't done it of late, weathers been to bad) but before i know it im home and feel refreshed and happy from my walk. xx Hope You feeling better tomorrow xx
